This week was Read Across American Week which translates into Dr. Seuss week to the kids. They had a whole week of silly days. Yesterday was Wacky Wednesday (sorry no pics) and the boys wore their clothes inside out and backwards, but I drew the line when Corban put his undies on top of his pants. We bought the striped felt stovepipe hats from the school but Bennett wrecked his the next day. In the picture they are wearing the hats, even Bennett's torn hat, and holding the unappetizing looking Green Eggs and Ham (and pancakes). Reagan just wanted in the shot so she went and grabbed a hat and Bennett was nice enough to give her his plate.

So fun! They didn't do anything for Dr. Seuss this week where I'm student teaching... total bummer, huh? I'm glad someone is doing something somewhere! I think I might just have to do the green breakfast tomorrow or Saturday.
Very cute! I didn't hear anything about this Read Across America thing at Brooklyn's school. Gilbert Elem. is so with it! And that green food really does look pretty gross! "I do not like it..."
